A Titanic Moment
| | I have seen her only in television. So when I heard, that Queen Mary 2, the world's largest and most expensive liner had docked on our port, I didn't care about my afternoon nap. I reached home after the day's work, had my lunch and set out to see her. I was little unsure of meeting her because it was said that she would leave in the afternoon. But as I approached the Marine Drive, I saw her. I was like "WOW!" |
The ship's horn honked. "Oh no! She is going to depart!!" And the boat too is going to leave! I managed to board the boat. I had brought my camera to take her pictures. When we were about to reach near to her, she started moving. *3:15 pm* I wanted to take her picture from the front, now that is not possible. Anyways, I got good shots from the side and the back. It felt like I was watching the movie Titanic in real. Thank you Queen Mary 2 for visiting our city, *the only stop on an Indian port* She is now heading to Dubai.
Now Queen Elizabeth 2, one of the world's most famous luxury liners, is also going to dock here this month. Aah! The rendezvous of the Queens with the Queen Of The Arabian Sea.

An Evening With Guru
| | I have been hearing lot of nice words about Guru. Whenever I go for any Mani Ratnam film, what I expect is his freshness in the direction of the movie. I do not want to sound as a bitchy critic and I am not an expert in reviewing movies, but just wanted to put down my two cents worth. Guru can certainly be a turning point in Abhishek's career, kudos to Mani for squeezing out every drop of acting talent in him. I loved the wittiness and positive outlook of the character. Other than that, I don't think the film has anything better to offer except Rahman's songs. Talking about the songs, the choreography of some of them gave an "already seen" feeling. Mallika Sherawat's "Maiyya Maiyya" evoked |
Yesterday, I got the mail from the thomp thomp guy. He was slightly having an amnesia about the conversation that happened in the office. He wrote to me back saying, he now remember the incident and it was not the conversation that he remembered, but my face. According to him, I have a good face value! *blushes* He then told me he actually wanted to initiate the chat, but then I did beat him in that. *lol!* We are planning for a meet, but don't know when that happens. Anyways, he is pretty soon leaving the place. So there is nothing much to expect.

Hmm.. I Need A Gaydar
| | So the other day, I was returning from the canteen after having breakfast and I hear this loud thomp thomp sound from behind. It was the sound of a guy walking with his boots. Once we got inside the lift I was able to see his face. Hmm.. cute. I thought, I have 10 more secs before the lift door opens. Either I could say a hi *which is always a big problem for me* or I could let him walk away. To my disbelief, I chose the first option. We had a brief 2 minute conversation while walking towards our destination. At the end of the chat, something told me that this guy could be gay. I ain't have any gaydar, so I was quite dubious about my judgement. Yesterday, I had sent a message to one guy in g4m. He replied today and it turned |
The long-haired guy is still not showing any sign of changing his straight face. I saw him today at the canteen, having breakfast, alone. I didn't want to stay in front of his sight, so I chose a seat right behind him. Man! He is so playing the game of catch me if you can. *At least that's what I am imagining. hehe*

Please Talk To Me!
| | Today I saw him again. He can't be referred to as a crush, but something in him makes me curious to know this guy. Usually long-haired guys don't interest me much. But this guy! Whenever I see him, he is alone. I don't think he has got much friends and he prefers to be that way, I guess. Men like him attract me, there will be always something waiting to be discovered. And he has good taste in style. Whether it is formal or casual, he doesn't forget to make himself stand out with his pleasing attire. A don't-care-a-damn attitude is clearly written on his face. He has seen me looking at him. But I am careful not to give the impression that I am checking him out. Today, he was proportioning his shirt's tuck-in. |

Matt - Oh Boy!
| | Yesterday I saw Ghost Rider. Superb graphics, I must say. They did a pretty good job with the flame thing. Don't expect everything *actually anything* to make sense. After all, it's a make from the comic. I was pretty disappointed when young Johny became the older version, because that's when they replace Matt Long with Nicolas Cage. Matt is looking so good and I loved his hair style, his soulful eyes, his sweet lips.. aah!! Another guy that caught my eye was the yummy waiter who was pouring wine to Roxanne. You could see his chest hair between the collars. *Naughty me!* I saw the trailer of Spider-Man 3. This time it's gonna be even more fun than the previous ones since the Spider-Man himself becomes the evil |
After the movie, when I rode back home I felt like I was the Ghost Rider, burning the tar all along my way. *hehe*

It's The Time To Show-Off
| | I surprised them! To those who are wondering what the hell I am talking about, this is not at all something serious. It's very rare that I get an occasion to brag and I am trying to make full use of it. *Now don't tell me that I didn't warn you.* Everybody loved my new look. Something that rarely happens. Most often, if I try to do some change on me, it ends up in disaster and had to hear their dissenting remarks. Today, it was completely different. And I ain't trying to do something because I am craving for other's approval. *I don't give a hoot.* I wanted to show myself that I too can look cool, like those guys in the street or at my workplace. What prevented me was the fear of the usual failure. So this time |
