Being Euphoric

He asked me, "Are you from India?" I replied, "Yes, but how did you come to know that?" "Because India is making such a progress in today's world and Indians are so intelligent." He brought a smile to my face. Only very rarely I get customers like him who are so patient and co-operative, who treats you like a friend and try to help with the trouble-shooting. That was enough to make my day. I asked him where he was from and he was connected from San Francisco and was 60 years old. I could tell from his conversation that he is really young inside.

The issue with his computer was pretty serious and I so badly wanted to fix it for him. I tried all the possible methods, but it won't just get corrected! I was about to give up all the hope when my friend suggested another method and it worked!! That time, I felt so relieved. I felt like jumping up from my seat and dance. At least, I now know how to resolve similar issues.
